Who we are
This website is operated by NeuraSense Labs, based in Los Angeles, California. NeuraSense Labs is developing impedance-based sensing for surgical instruments. This notice covers this website and the messages you send us through it.

When you browse the site
We do not add analytics or advertising trackers to these pages. Fonts, images, styles and site scripts are served from this website. Our hosting provider also processes technical request data to deliver and secure the site.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify receives standard request data when your browser asks for a page, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the page requested. Netlify processes this data to deliver and secure the site, under its own privacy policy.
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your organization, if you choose to give it;
- the topic you select;
- your message.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry.
The form is configured to use Netlify Forms to process inquiries. The hosting and form services may also process technical data associated with a submission.
The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see. It exists to catch automated spam and should stay empty.
If a message cannot be sent from the page, the site offers to open your own email program with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
When you email us
Email you send to info@neurasenselabs.com, directly or through the form’s email option, is received by our mail provider. We use it to respond to you.
Sensitive information
Please do not send patient information, health records or other sensitive personal information through the form or by email.
Questions and deletion requests
You can ask what we hold from an inquiry you sent, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@neurasenselabs.com. Please write from the address you used, or tell us which address it was, so we can find the right messages.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the site as it is built today. If that changes, for example when a new service is added, the notice will be updated and the date below revised.
